#AbToHasNEWS Richa Chaddha to fight violence against women in US After Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone making their way to the west, the next Bollywood actress we hear who is headed there is none other than Richa Chaddha. In fact Richa has been chosen to be the face of Avon Foundation's campaign on violence against women, an initiative in collaboration with the U.S. State Department. If that wasn't all we hear that while Richa will be a relevant local celebrity to support the cause, she will also be joined by songwriter Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas. Confirming the same Richa stated that being born and raised in India she has been acquainted with oppression of women on a daily basis and has even had first-hand experience of the same. Further she added that though extreme cases manage to grab headlines as a society it is needed that we do more to address all forms of harassment and violence, including instances that come across as unworthy of being written about. #movies #theatre #video
